At Unique Nutrients, every order is prepared with care to help ensure your products arrive in the condition they were intended.
SHIPPING
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
During launches, restocks, promotional periods, or high-volume moments, processing times may be slightly extended. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow time for the carrier to scan and update your tracking details after shipment.
Unique Nutrients is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside of our control. If you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact us at care@uniquenutrients.com and we will do our best to assist.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
Once an order has been submitted, we are unable to guarantee address changes. If a package is returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, the customer may be responsible for any reshipping fees.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to the personal care nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on items that have been opened, used, unsealed, or tampered with.
This policy is in place to protect the health, safety, and hygiene of every customer.
Unused and unopened items in their original packaging may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery. Return requests must be approved before any item is sent back.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our behalf.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used personal care products are final sale.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Body washes
Body scrubs
Cleansing bars
Body oils
Intimate care products
Any product with a broken seal or opened packaging
DAMAGED, INCORRECT, OR MISSING ITEMS
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at care@uniquenutrients.com with your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping box.
Once reviewed, we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
ORDER CHANGES
We begin processing orders as quickly as possible. Once an order has been placed, we are unable to guarantee changes to the order, shipping address, or delivery details.
